Description
Ho Kam An (Stephen Chow), a weak, disadvantaged but kind delivery boy, suddenly falls in love with the beautiful Judo student Lily (Christi Chung). After being humiliated by Black Bear, who admires Lily too and being rejected by Lily since she dislikes weak and pathetic man, Kam An goes to a kungfu master to learn kungfu, then returns back and defeats Black Bear in all others' surprise. But he gets a much bigger challenge ahead.
