Description
When the young artist Kurt Barnett decided to go to West Germany, things seemed to be going at a very different turn. Now, Kurt seems to be still concerned about the experiences he has had in his childhood and youth in the Nazi years and during the regime of the GDR. Those experiences that affect Kurt when he falls in love with a young girl named Elie (Paula Bear). Kurt seems convinced that he loves his life but is surprised when he begins to create paintings that reflect his psychological trauma over long periods of time.
